The Moraine Lake road is accessible from June 1st to October 14th, 2024.

No, the shuttle reservation you make corresponds to the shuttle you must return on.
You’ll have ample time to enjoy the scenery and explore the surroundings before our shuttle departs to take you back to your pickup point. Unlike other buses, our shuttle remains in the Moraine Lake parking lot (if parking is available) throughout the visit, allowing you to return early if needed or grab something or if you get cold.

Our Moraine Lake shuttle prices cover the round trip.

72 Hours before: You have the flexibility to modify the time & date of your departure free of charge. Please log in to your account and request a change of date. Our customer service team will then reach out to you to confirm the requested change. However, there are no refunds for ticket cancellations. We encourage you to reschedule as needed to ensure you can still visit Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.

Within 72 Hours: No changes or modifications are permitted. Visitors often plan their trips around visiting Moraine Lake, and shuttle service is their primary transportation option. To respect others’ needs for shuttle service, we require ample planning and booking time.

Shuttle to Moraine & Louise Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled or charter service due to insufficient bookings, unfavourable driving conditions, or other factors without penalty to Shuttle to Moraine & Louise Inc. Guests will be promptly notified via email of any changes. In the rare event of service cancellation by Shuttle to Moraine & Louise Inc., a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rescheduling or refunds for missed shuttle bookings.

Pets are permitted on our shuttles, provided they are in a small carrying case that can fit on your lap.

No, the Moraine Lake Road is closed to personal vehicles. Shuttle service is the only option for visiting Moraine Lake. 

For information on available parking options, including free and paid parking, please visit The Town of Banff’s website: https://banff.ca/1184/Visitor-Pay-Parking. Ensure ample time to secure parking before your reservation.

Cell service is not available at Moraine Lake. Cell reception typically begins approximately three (3) kilometers down the road towards Lake Louise.

Unfortunately, our shuttles are not wheelchair accessible.

All infants and children must pay the child rate. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing an appropriate child safety seat for their infant and/or child as required by Alberta laws. Unfortunately, if the bus is full, we cannot accommodate strollers. Please call us with any inquiries regarding stroller

We highly recommend making a reservation for the Moraine Lake shuttle in advance due to limited seating. However, if space is available upon arrival, you may purchase a ticket directly from the bus driver.

No, we do not provide child seats.

During Banff To Moraine & Lake Louise Shuttle Service:

If your bag fits on your lap or under your seat then yes you can. Unfortunately we do not have space for larger bags.

During Full Day Long Tour: 

If your bag fits on your lap or under your seat then yes you can. Unfortunately we do not have space for larger bags.

Calgary To Banff / Banff to Calgary:

1 Carry On & 1 small bag is allowed

Private / Charter Service:

If your party size is fewer than 10 passengers, you may bring a few carry-on items. However, if your party size is 14 passengers, only items that can fit on your lap are allowed. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please feel free to call us.

Yes, it is your responsibility to purchase your park pass.
